Wood Products & Building Materials
We source wood for a broad range of commercial and industrial
applications. We specialize in off-grade softwood and hardwood
lumber, OSB, plywood and cut stock for pallets, cable reels,
crates, boxes, dunnage, furniture frames, and temporary
structures.
We sell OSB and other products under our
LowGrade1™ and
LowGrade2™ brands. We also provide on-grade dimension, studs,
shop lumber, and upper-grade hardwoods to construction,
distributors, retail, and flooring and furniture manufacturers.
We also trade a wide range of surplus and seconds in building
products – off-grade products, over-runs, buy-backs, packaging
changes, and discontinued items including roofing, doors,
windows, siding, hardware, bath fixtures, and flooring.

Company and Financial Profile
Founded in 2000, Silvaris is a privately held corporation. We
employ 50 traders and 30 professionals in accounting, logistics
and software engineering. Our corporate office is in Bellevue,
Washington, and we source and sell products around the globe
from 16 regional sales offices in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Silvaris maintains a line of credit with Wells Fargo and has
been awarded a Lumbermen’s Credit Association rating of 4A+1,
